Frog Babyshower

Wednesday, August 4, 2010

On Saturday I hosted a dear friend (older sister I never had) babyshower up in Jonesboro.  Yes it was the first time for me to drive from Little Rock to Jonesboro by myself and it wasn't that bad, especially with the new interstate.  Anyways, she is having a little boy in September and we decided that it would be a frog theme.  I did not come up with this on my own I am a big fan of this blog: karaspartyideas.blogspot.com, which has the cutest party ideas, I stole the frog prince party idea.  My friend's mom and my mom prepared and served the food. Here are pictures and descriptions of this very rewarding day.

I decorated the fireplace with onsies clipped on a ribbon and a cute stuffed frog.

We had lots of lady come to the shower almost 30! We played three games, guess the amount of bobby pins in the bag, pregnancy trivia quiz, and guess the width of future mom's tummy.  The prizes were bath shower gel.

Here is the table from a distance.
