Yummy BBQ sandwich with beans and slaw.

John had another work trip, this time to Memphis and I got to go. We stayed at a hotel that was pretty average, but we did have a lot of fun trying different food. I finally tried Chipotle grill, (I know we have just gotten one here in Little Rock, but I have not had a chance to try it yet). I was really impressed with the simplicity of the meal but yet the amazing fresh flavor. I really liked how the rice was flavored, I think I will have to find a recipe. we also tried a BBQ joint called Rendezvous.

We really enjoyed the food and service at this restaurant. John liked it so much that we bought sauce to use at home. The building the restaurant is located in was an old train depot and has a unique look.

After this we had a walk down Beale street while they had a bike rally before going home. John and I both had a ton of Jason's Deli for lunch while there, I think I will use this as a go to healthy option in the future.
