This week we were blessed to find on craig's list a treadmill being given away. It is a decent treadmill (it has a heart rate monitor and can incline tempo) that has some problems and would quit working on the previous owners. John tinkered with it and now it works fine. If you know John this is great for him since he hates the sun (what red head doesn't) and gyms. Hopefully we will be able to get some cardio done in our own house.
